The validity date is the one stated on the coupon, and the last day of validity ends at 23:59. The promotional code must be entered correctly on the website before completing the order. Since codes may contain upper-case letters, lower-case letters and digits, they must be entered exactly as they appear to ensure that they are applied correctly.

Discount conditions: The percentage (%) or fixed amount (€) of the discount is the one specified on each coupon. In certain cases, a minimum purchase amount may be required in order to benefit from the discount. Please note that promotions cannot be combined with other discounts and do not apply to products that are already reduced, unless the promotion states otherwise explicitly.

Personal and non-transferable use: Coupons are for personal, non-transferable use, and each coupon may only be used once per customer, unless the promotion states otherwise.

Not combinable: Discount codes cannot be combined with products that already carry a discount, with each other, or with other promotions or offers, unless stated otherwise. Nor is it permitted to use several discount coupons on the same order.

Non-refundable: Discount coupons offering a percentage (%) discount or a fixed amount (€) are not refundable in cash, either in the physical premises or online. Likewise, gifts offered in promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

No exchanges or returns: Neither the gifts nor the coupons provided by WYNWOOD CAFÉ may be exchanged or returned, unless the promotion states otherwise.

The conditions announced in the promotions are indicative and must be read together with the provisions of these general conditions.
